Dry Pomegranate seed, Common salt, Dry Mango Powder, Coriander, Cumin, red Chilli, Black Pepper, Bay Leaf, Green Cardamom, Black Cardamom and Carom Seeds.
Cooking Instruction
Soak 500g Chick Peas/Chhole.In a large pan heat 100ml cooking oil. Fry two chopped onions till golden brown. Add two chopped tomatoes and stir Add 50g Rakesh Chhole/Chana Masala & Salt to the taste. Add Water and 1g baking soda. Simmmer for 35-40 minutes on low heat and put some Rakesh Kasoori Methi before taking off from the low heat.
